I have found that some of the richest material for my book on introverted leaders comes from my queries on Linked In. The take away for sales people? Establish rapport first by writing. Also remember about depth vs. breadth..know your product/service inside out and in networking situations, don&#039;t look around the room to see who else might be more interesing to approach. Pull out everything you have learned about active listening and establish presence.</description>
