The Sales Results Group is designed to be like a library, a safe place to explore and learn. You will take this portal to sales skills and knowledge, add refinement to what you have already with the support of an expert, and you will be required to take action week to week. The Sales Results Group is conducted in 3-month time frames, with group telephone sessions twice a month, one personal coaching session a month, homework and reporting each week and more. Here's what you can expect to get for your virtual library experience.

• Boost your energy and mindset to take action. The better you understand selling, the easier it is. As you begin to act, you'll get results, and you'll be more confident in the next selling situation. You'll understand better how to manage the normal issues like presentation fear and procrastination.


• You'll move from idea percolator to action taker. Just as libraries have materials arranged in a specified order according to a library classification system, we'll move quickly through some areas and on others we may spend more time. You know what selling is, but you may need to boost your confidence or refine some of your approach so you take more advantage of just who you are, instead of becoming someone you are not. With weekly reports and getting feedback from the group, you'll move forward with less effort.


• You'll fine tune both your marketing and selling. The better you know what works for you, the better results you can bring yourself. You'll find the steps that you will be comfortable with to consistently attract more clients.


• You'll take comfortable risks and move past your limitations. "If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got." The coaching focuses on each indviduals' experiences and the group supports you by working together to achieve the results on an individual level. Every one is on an equal level.

• You'll have the group study, the informal interaction and your own quiet time in between sessions. By bringing in the same personal coaching as I give to one to one clients, you'll find the coaching to trust the group process and help you create your own model for sales success.


• You'll create more support and momentum in your business. What if you had support from not only more people but more environmental levels? Your relationships, nature, your physical space, and more. You'll get the tools and support to make your selling comfortable, confident and no-stress.

I think any librarian would agree that the most important part of a library isn't the materials contained within but how they are used. Because of this, The Sales Results Group is structured to give you the information you need, as well as support you in putting it into action and keeping you on track.

1. The main piece of this program is the 75-minute group coaching sessions. These two monthly calls are conducted through a telephone bridge line which you can access from anywhere in the world (we will typically have participants from the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia). I conduct all the calls personally.

2. The group will consist of just four to five participants. With groups of this size you will feel comfortable. Your specific issues will get addressed, your questions will be answered and you'll get the support you need. Groups will also divide into sub-groups if you choose to, and you'll interact and give support to each other.

3. Between each session you'll send in a report, plan or selling strategy you're working on to me. Then, every week I'll give personal feedback to every participant who sends in a report or other materials. We'll also discuss those documents and plans of other participants for just a little team motivation.

4. In addition, during the course of the Sales Results Group you'll have one to one personal time with me. You may ask me questions by email and phone anytime and meet me by phone any time during your participation in the sales group.

5. Sometimes email support and quick 10 minute telephone calls aren't exactly enough. You'll also get to telephone me up to one time a month for a 30 min private coaching session. That's one to one time that I normally charge $300 for an hour if I do just an hour.

6. When we start, you get the online profile of your choosing. Maybe you want to know about your sales style and how to adapt it to different customers. Maybe you know that it's your ability to manage activities that needs your attention. Or maybe you want some insights on coping with stress. Whatever your focus you will get to take an online profile with personal insights for you to add to your action plan.

7. All telesessions are recorded and will be available online - They are posted within 24 hours of the session so you can review it or listen if you missed the session.

8. Progress reporting system This is what will get you such good results. Before each session you'll report to me and other participants what you've accomplished between sessions and what you plan to do in the upcoming weeks.

9. Free resources from the ADVANTAGE Member Only Website This is a private area on my website, Member Only, and includes various recorded programs, teleclasses, recommended reading, checklists, forms, worksheets and assessments to add to the material in the program.

10. The ADVANTAGE Member Only monthly laser coaching call or teleclass. This comes with the private member only website. Every month I have some theme and you are invited to come to the call for either laser coaching, or a teleclass. It might be To-Do List Completion Day, or a teleclass on some unique goal setting strategy I've been playing with.

11. Just like a library being a place where a wide range of people feel at home and have something to discover, you and I and the group will make this Sales Results Group the same. As a group we will decide on each sessions focus, which direction we go from call to call to ensure the needs of the group are met.
